1. Digital Delivery

All e-books purchased through https://novabook.in are delivered digitally to your registered account. Access links or downloads become available immediately after successful payment confirmation.

No physical shipment is involved.

2. Refund and Cancellation

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds or cancellations are generally not permitted once the download or access link has been issued.

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments made by error
  • Technical failure causing non-access to purchased content
  • Other cases at the sole discretion of NOVA STACK PRIVATE LIMITED
The refund time limit is within seven days. If a refund is needed，Requests for refund must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via care@novabook.in.We provide refunds within 7 working days from the date of request, subject to verification and approval.

3. Failed or Delayed Access

If you experience difficulty accessing your purchased e-book due to network or device issues, please contact support. We will assist in re-enabling access as feasible.

4. Technical Requirements

Users are responsible for ensuring they have compatible devices and stable internet connections to access digital content. NOVA STACK PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for failures due to user-side issues.
